Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan. You can also pay via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

How do I place an order? Simply add your desired items to the cart, select your size and color, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within [2 hours] of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at [number]. Once the order is dispatched, changes are not possible.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders? Yes, since we own our production facility, we can accommodate bulk orders. Contact us at [email] for wholesale inquiries.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2 days for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and 3-5 days for other cities across Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges? Delivery charges are Rs. [150] for major cities and Rs. [200] for other areas. Orders above Rs. [3000] qualify for free delivery.

Are your products true to size? Yes, our sizing is standard. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Is your production really your own? Yes — JAMA WEAR manufactures all products in our own facility. We are not resellers, which allows us to maintain strict quality control.

Returns & Refunds
