Eligibility

  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  2. Share your order number and reason for return/exchange along with photos (if item is defective)
  3. Our team will guide you on the return process and pickup/drop-off details
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund

Exchange for a Different Size If you need a different size, let us know at the time of your return request — we'll ship the correct size once the original item is received.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective or wrong item was sent, JAMA WEAR covers the return shipping cost
  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
