Eligibility
- Items must be returned/exchanged within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
- Products damaged due to misuse
How to Request a Return/Exchange

- Share your order number and reason for return/exchange along with photos (if item is defective)
- Our team will guide you on the return process and pickup/drop-off details
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund
Exchange for a Different Size If you need a different size, let us know at the time of your return request — we'll ship the correct size once the original item is received.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the item is defective or wrong item was sent, JAMA WEAR covers the return shipping cost
- If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
