Refund Polic
When Are Refunds Issued?
- The returned item does not pass our quality/condition check (in which case it will be sent back to you, no refund issued)
- You are eligible for a refund if: the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, and you choose a refund instead of an exchange
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
- For orders paid via Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa: refund is issued to the same account/wallet used for payment
- For Cash on Delivery orders: refund is issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa (details will be requested from you)
Partial Refunds In case only part of your order is being returned, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded — delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Delayed or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline, please first check with your bank/wallet provider, then contact us at [email/WhatsApp] and we will look into it immediately.
